Job Description

Title: BAS Project Sales Representative Denver CO

Pay Rate: Base salary up to $90K (based on experience) PLUS commissions & incentives with firstyear OTE between $150K$200K. Monthly car allowance included.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Sales Representative to join a fastgrowing and reputable commercial HVAC building automation and energy services company. You will be responsible for driving new business and sustaining client relationships while providing tailored solutions for building automation services repairs and upgrades. This role is ideal for a midtosenior level sales professional with BAS or energy services expertise who thrives in a dynamic growthoriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business and manage existing client relationships in HVAC BAS and energy services focusing on warm leads from an established client base (75% existing clients).
  • Understand and explain commercial HVAC equipment building system design building automation systems and energysaving strategies to clients.
  • Qualify prospects set appointments follow up on leads and address objections effectively.
  • Develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders including executivelevel customers facility managers property managers and building engineers.
  • Analyze client needs and decisionmaking processes to influence and secure sales.
  • Manage budgeting quotes and asset plans to close sales while ensuring compliance with pricing and credit policies.
  • Oversee client service agreements including consultation/review meetings and pricing for repairs or upgrades.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals contracts and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Mechanical Service Representatives (MSRs) and Project Sales Representatives (PSRs) to support client success.
  • Provide business activity reports and annual forecasts to track performance.

Requirements:

  • 57 years experience in Building Automation Building Commissioning or Energy Services OR a Bachelor s degree in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC components systems and controls as well as commercial building construction or operations and maintenance.
  • Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional and polished demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to develop tools/processes for increased productivity.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced everevolving industry.
  • Selfsufficient and detailoriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

3+ years of experience as Lead Commercial HVAC Tech with RTU, Chiller, and DDC Controls experience

Education

Bachelor s Degree or at least 5 to 7 years experience in Building Automation, Building Commissioning, or Energy Services.
