Job Title: AI Automation and Tools Engineer
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Job Type: FullTime (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
AI Automation Development:
Design and deploy AIdriven automation solutions to streamline workflows and business processes.
Build and integrate bots scripts and AI tools to automate repetitive tasks across various departments.
Develop automation frameworks for marketing sales customer support and operations.
Tool Integration and Customization:
Integrate thirdparty AI tools with existing systems like CRMs ERPs and other software platforms.
Customize offtheshelf tools to align with clientspecific requirements and company needs.
Implement and monitor APIs for seamless data flow between systems.
Process Optimization:
Analyze current processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements.
Conduct workflow assessments and create optimization plans using tools like Miro Lucidchart or similar platforms.
Use AI to enhance operational efficiency and decisionmaking.
AI Model Implementation:
Deploy and finetune machine learning models for automation tasks such as natural language processing (NLP) for chatbots and document parsing.
Implement pretrained AI solutions to address specific business needs.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with teams across the company to understand business challenges and propose tailored AI solutions.
Collaborate with clients to deliver automation solutions aligned with their goals.
Provide technical support for deployed tools and workflows.
Testing and Maintenance:
Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
Monitor deployed solutions to ensure uptime scalability and effectiveness.
Perform regular updates and optimizations to keep tools up to date with industry advancements.
Documentation and Training:
Create comprehensive documentation for all developed tools and workflows.
Provide training to internal teams and clients on using and maintaining automation tools.
Stay Updated on Trends:
Research and experiment with the latest AI and automation technologies.
Explore innovations in platforms like Zapier Make Power Automate and custom AI models to ensure the company stays at the forefront of digital transformation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
3 years of experience in automation engineering software development or AI tools implementation.
Proven track record of developing and deploying automation workflows.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools such as Zapier Make Power Automate and similar platforms.
Strong programming skills in Python JavaScript or related languages.
Experience with AI/ML platforms like OpenAI TensorFlow PyTorch or Hugging Face.
Familiarity with APIs webhooks and integration protocols.
Knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL).
Soft Skills:
Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality solutions.
Benefits
Compensation and Contract Details:
Salary:
Base: 40000 KES for managing automation for up to 4 brands.
Additional: 10000 KES per extra brand up to a maximum of 8 brands.
Hours: Fulltime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
Contract:
Initial duration: 3 months renewable based on performance and company growth.
