This is a remote position.
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic intern to help us design and implement an AIpowered voice bot. This bot will streamline our communication with our partners by automating calls extracting relevant details and ensuring seamless integration into our workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and prototype AIdriven voice bot solutions capable of interacting with our partners automated and human systems.
- Design develop and test a voice bot capable of conducting realtime conversations retrieving accurate information and handling queries dynamically.
- Implement technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) SpeechtoText and TexttoSpeech systems to ensure the bots functionality.
- Ensure compliance with UK data protection regulations and maintain the confidentiality of client information.
- Collaborate with Savy s team to integrate the bot into our applications & management process.
Requirements
- Knowledge of AI NLP and voice bot technologies.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Dialogflow Amazon Lex or similar platforms.
- Programming experience with Python JavaScript or related languages.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
- A passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with call automation or telephony APIs (e.g. Twilio).
