Vascular access devices AV Shunt

Trauma Level: II

EMR: MediTech

Other Info: Will work/cover 2 facilities

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active MN License or IMLC

BLS ACLS

With OP/IP/Vascular surgery experience
