We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Outreach Coordinator to lead efforts in establishing and nurturing relationships with colleges universities and industry partners. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting DIYguru s certifications workshops and EV Lab while driving student enrollments and building partnerships within the Maharashtra region.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. College and Industry Outreach:
- Visit engineering colleges universities and EV industry hubs to establish connections and promote DIYguru programs.
- Set up inquiry desks and represent DIYguru at campus events workshops and seminars.
- Deliver presentations to students faculty and professionals on the benefits of DIYguru s certifications and EV Lab offerings.
2. Event Management:
- Organize and execute seminars webinars and open house events to attract students and industry professionals.
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup promotional materials and scheduling.
3. Relationship Building:
- Develop longterm relationships with colleges universities and industry stakeholders.
- Work with college authorities to explore opportunities for EV lab setups and bridge courses.
4. Lead Generation and FollowUp:
- Drive inquiries and leads from outreach activities ensuring they are properly recorded and followed up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into enrollments.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain detailed reports of outreach activities including visits leads generated and outcomes.
- Analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements to strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of colleges visited per month (minimum 10 visits/month).
- Leads generated from outreach activities ( 50/month).
- Conversion rate of leads to enrollments ( 10%).
- Partnerships established with colleges and industry (minimum 2/month).
- Successful execution of seminars/webinars ( 2/month).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Public Relations Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in outreach business development or sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to track leads and manage relationships.
- Ability to travel extensively within Pune and nearby regions.
