What You ll Do

In this role you ll play a vital part in making sure our financial processes are efficient accurate and clientfriendly. Here s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

• Handle client billing queries (with support from our awesome Customer Success and Service Delivery Managers).
  
• Keep our client and supplier records uptodate across platforms.
  
• Process invoices service changes and manage accounts payables/receivables.
  
• Reconcile supplier bills prepare payment files and handle monthend tasks with precision.
  
• Ensure client licenses are sorted tenant accounts are set up and contracts are properly maintained.
  
• Assist in creating and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) to keep our processes topnotch.
  
• Work on exciting projects alongside our finance team to ensure alignment and compliance.
  

What We re Looking For

To thrive in this role you ll need:

• A degree in accounting bookkeeping or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role ideally in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
  
• A strong eye for detail excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage deadlines like a pro.
  
• A solid understanding of confidentiality (you ll be handling sensitive financial data).
  
• Bonus points if you re familiar with Xero Power BI or Autotask.
