What You ll Do
In this role you ll play a vital part in making sure our financial processes are efficient accurate and clientfriendly. Here s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
- Handle client billing queries (with support from our awesome Customer Success and Service Delivery Managers).
- Keep our client and supplier records uptodate across platforms.
- Process invoices service changes and manage accounts payables/receivables.
- Reconcile supplier bills prepare payment files and handle monthend tasks with precision.
- Ensure client licenses are sorted tenant accounts are set up and contracts are properly maintained.
- Assist in creating and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) to keep our processes topnotch.
- Work on exciting projects alongside our finance team to ensure alignment and compliance.
Requirements
What We re Looking For
To thrive in this role you ll need:
- A degree in accounting bookkeeping or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role ideally in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
- A strong eye for detail excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage deadlines like a pro.
- A solid understanding of confidentiality (you ll be handling sensitive financial data).
- Bonus points if you re familiar with Xero Power BI or Autotask.

Requirements: Accounting, Financial, Bookkeeping or related qualifications. At least 3 years' experience in a similar role. Experience working with Xero or other digital bookkeeping platform is a plus. Industry related (Managed Services Provider) experience and working with Autotask and Microsoft Solutions would be advantageous. Power BI reporting experience will be advantageous.
