Job Description
A luxury bespoke fashion brand dedicated to creating exquisite oneofakind garments for discerning clients are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of our business. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the bespoke fashion business ensuring seamless execution of our services and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management preferably in the fashion industry and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the entire operations process from client consultation to garment delivery ensuring exceptional customer service and quality control.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations staff including pattern makers cutters seamstresses and quality control staff to ensure efficient workflow and highquality output.
- Supply Chain Management: Source and manage relationships with suppliers of fabrics notions and other materials ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records manage stock levels and optimize storage and logistics.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and preferences and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve operational processes implementing efficient systems and technologies to drive productivity and growth.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage operational budgets controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Quality Control: manage quality control staff to ensure that all garments meet our highquality standards conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular operational reports and analytics to the CEO/Founder highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Fashion Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong operational management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of fashion production processes and quality control standards.

- Passion for the fashion industry and bespoke fashion.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow.
