Business Transformation Partner
The Business Transformation Partner is responsible for overseeing the project portfolio within a department (covering areas such as Customer & Data and Distribution) from strategy to execution. This role involves implementing crossfunctional and complex programs while also developing the skills of the transformation team. The position sits within the transformation management team and involves direct engagement with the management committee of the reporting line.
The portfolio includes projects focused on enhancing customer and broker experiences (tools services) driving digitalization and leveraging data use cases alongside other crossfunctional initiatives. This work requires close collaboration with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary strategic analysis to design a comprehensive transformation plan.
- Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap integrating crossfunctional initiatives to address strategic priorities.
- Lead the execution of transformation processes across business units ensuring alignment with key dependencies and organizational goals.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and roadmaps communicating achievements and challenges to stakeholders while adhering to timelines budgets and objectives.
- Oversee specific programs including governance KPI management and overall implementation.
- Support the creation and operation of effective project teams focused on process simplification customer experience and digital opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to manage expectations anticipate risks and ensure successful program delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools to enhance services for customers and brokers.
- Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies fostering an Agile mindset across functions.
- Provide coaching and professional development for team members encouraging skillbuilding and process improvement.
- Actively participate in team activities and promote knowledgesharing to enhance transformation capabilities.
- Serve as a transformation role model across the organization exemplifying a proactive solutionsoriented approach to challenges and embodying organizational values.
Requirements
Required Profile:
- Over 10 years of experience in project and program management.
- Proven expertise in the insurance industry particularly related to products processes and customer data and distribution challenges.
- Experience presenting to senior executives and managing key stakeholders.
- Strong background in process management and redesign.
- Ability to simplify and streamline complex concepts effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
