- Represent clients in personal injury claims and lawsuits.
- Investigate claims gather evidence and negotiate with insurance companies.
- Draft legal documents including demand letters and pleadings.
- Advocate for clients in settlement discussions and court hearings.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership.
- Experience in personal injury law and settlement negotiations.
- Strong communication negotiation and litigation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
