Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues for users including hardware software and networking.
- Manage device imaging setup and configuration.
- Provide VIPlevel support with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Create and improve technical manuals and documentation.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11 Office 365 OneDrive Intune and Lenovo laptop repairs.
- Experience: 5 years in VIPlevel technical support.
- Certifications: A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Location: Amstelplein 2 1096 BC Amsterdam Netherlands.
