Scheduling installations and repairs with Customers as per requests from customers sales and technical support and other staff
Scheduling installation and repairs with Technicians
Create Telegram message for running repairs and maintenance and deleting these alarms once completed.
Maintaining eWorks on an ongoing basis by:
Creating Jobs with detailed instructions and needs analysis as required.
Assigning Technicians to jobs
Emailing clients confirming appointment and second email for completion
Check all jobs for status after the appointment.
Reschedule declined / abandoned jobs by creating a new job.
Liaising with procurement to check stock and fitment or repair requirement and boot stock with Technicians on an ongoing basis.
Take responsibility and ownership for all job cards and tickets created by yourself clean up job cards emails telegrams and tickets on a daily basis.
Monitor customer WhatsApp groups Telegrams and emails and ensure tickets or jobs are raised for the required work and that all requests and matters are completed to client satisfaction.
Provide feedback on the customer groups Telegrams and emails after arrangements have been made or sent to ticket user and monitored until successfully closed.
Perform any additional functions within the job portfolio as required from time to time.
Report any inconsistencies and ongoing problems to management by email.
