- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements key competencies and the ideal candidate profiles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels to source candidates including job boards social media platforms networking events and employee referrals.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Hiring Manager Support: Provide detailed feedback and consultative guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain the ATS to ensure accurate and uptodate records of candidates and hiring progress.
- Alignment with Standards: Ensure all recruitment activities align with the organizations competency framework job descriptions and required standards.
- Offer Management: Follow up with accepted candidates negotiate offers to meet expectations and secure confirmations.
- HR Metrics Reporting: Update and monitor key HR metrics including timetofill timetohire and source of hire.
- Job Design: Design compelling job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each positions requirements.
- Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance employer branding and position the organization as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Manufacturing Experience is a MUST)
- Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Perfect English speaking.
