Job Title: AIDriven Content and Business Documentation Lead

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Job Type: FullTime (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

We are seeking an AIDriven Content and Business Documentation Lead to manage all internal content creation and business documentation needs ensuring clarity accuracy and alignment with organizational objectives. This role is critical for supporting business operations and maintaining professional internal documentation standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Documentation Management:

  • Create edit and manage all internal business documents including but not limited to:

  • Company profile business plans and strategies

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Business process manuals.

  • Training materials and guides.

  • Reports presentations and proposals.

  • Policies and compliance documents.

  • Ensure documentation aligns with organizational objectives workflows and branding.

  1. AIPowered Content Creation:

  • Leverage AI tools to create and refine professional internal content.

  • Automate repetitive documentation processes to improve efficiency and consistency.

  1. Content Development for Internal Use:

  • Develop content for internal newsletters knowledge bases and team updates.

  • Create learning and development materials for employee training initiatives.

  • Draft detailed internal project briefs and performance summaries.

  1. CrossDepartment Collaboration:

  • Work with department heads to identify and document process improvements workflows and business needs.

  • Translate technical and strategic objectives into clear actionable documentation.

  1. Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular reviews of internal content and documents for accuracy consistency and compliance.

  • Ensure all documentation is updated and aligned with evolving business practices.

  1. Knowledge Management:

  • Build and maintain a centralized repository for all business documentation and internal content.

  • Implement effective version control and access management systems.

  1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track the effectiveness and utilization of internal content and documentation.

  • Provide regular updates to leadership on documentation gaps and improvements.

  1. AI Tools Exploration:

  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools and recommend innovative solutions for content and documentation needs.

  • Train team members on using AI tools for document creation and management.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration Technical Writing Content Development or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Experience:

  • 3 years in business documentation content creation or a related role.

  • Proven expertise in creating highquality business documents and internal content.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with AI tools for writing and documentation.

  • Familiarity with tools like Miro Notion or Confluence for content management.

  • Experience with project management software for tracking documentation projects.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional written communication and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to handle deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.


Benefits

Compensation and Contract Details:
  • Salary:

  • Base: 40000 KES for managing documentation needs for up to 4 brands.

  • Additional: 10000 KES per extra brand up to a maximum of 8 brands.

  • Hours: Fulltime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

  • Contract:

  • Initial duration: 3 months renewable based on performance and AI integration progress.
