Job Description
Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the planning development and execution of construction phases aligning with the projects environmental goals.
Team Management and Leadership: Oversee project managers engineers environmental specialists and contractors fostering a collaborative environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with government bodies communities environmental groups and other stakeholders ensuring effective communication.
Budget and Resource Management: Manage the budget and resources ensuring the project stays within financial and time constraints.
Quality and Safety Compliance: Uphold quality and safety standards complying with environmental regulations.
Innovation and Sustainability: Promote innovative sustainable practices and utilize cuttingedge technologies.
Risk Management: Identify risks develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Reporting and Documentation: Regularly report progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Tender Document Development: Lead the development of tender documents for construction projects ensuring they are comprehensive clear and aligned with project objectives.
Demonstrable experience in the construction management of largescale development projects of substantial size and above average complexity
Successful track record in leading and managing multidisciplined engineering teams
Ability to interface with key internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels in order to negotiate winwin situations
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to convey the right messages
Ability to meet deadlines in a highly pressurized and everchanging work environment
Previous experience in a PMC and Construction projects
