Job Description
- 4/5 years experience in project management
- Coordinating and managing all interactions between the Technical Teams;
- Ensure the management of the IT function of the various partners;
- Coordinating the integration of the IT function of other organizations;
- Coordinating the teams needed to operate in productive environments;
- Centralizing and controlling the various requests;
- Supporting Information Systems Project Managers in resolving problems/anomalies;
- Creating information structures in order to facilitate the exploitation and optimization of information;
- Ensuring quality and the respective ISO 200001 and 27001 certifications associated with the various processes such as configuration and asset management;
- Analysis of activity reports and indicators;
- Drawing up and updating documentation and procedures;
- As for mandatory technical certifications for the team as a whole you must have at least 1 of these:
- ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management;
- PMP Project Management Professional certification;
- SCRUM Master certification.
