Conduct interviews and analyze documents to elicit business needs
Evaluate and reconcile data from multiple sources to define true needs
Develop vision documents requirements specifications and user stories
Act as a liaison to ensure a clear flow of requirement
Contribute to multiple projects and manage competing priorities
Track prioritize and maintain requirements throughout the lifecycle
Prepare proposals and participate in organizational activities
Qualifications :
At least 2years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical and product management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret Customer business needs and translate them into functional and quality requirements
Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies
Knowledge of Agile methodologies with practical experience in managing user stories sprints and backlogs
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence or similar Agile processes and documentation management tools
Demonstrated success in excelling in a fastpaced global environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
Proven problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
Focus on the effective delivery of results
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
