Job Description
- Conduct interviews and analyze documents to elicit business needs
- Evaluate and reconcile data from multiple sources to define true needs
- Develop vision documents requirements specifications and user stories
- Act as a liaison to ensure a clear flow of requirement
- Contribute to multiple projects and manage competing priorities
- Track prioritize and maintain requirements throughout the lifecycle
- Prepare proposals and participate in organizational activities
Qualifications :
- At least 2years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and product management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret Customer business needs and translate them into functional and quality requirements
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies with practical experience in managing user stories sprints and backlogs
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence or similar Agile processes and documentation management tools
- Demonstrated success in excelling in a fastpaced global environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
- Proven problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
- Focus on the effective delivery of results
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Experience with Camunda
