The NBCU Ad Sales Growth Strategy team is responsible for driving growth opportunities for Peacock NBCU Streaming and the wider sales organization. Acting as strategic consultants this dynamic team supports Ad Sales and corporate stakeholders across a wide range of initiatives including longterm strategic planning gotomarket strategies business case development sales optimization and budget planning.
You will interface with business leaders across multiple functions both inside and outside Ad Sales. Were looking for a proactive selfstarter to bring innovative thinking and strong analytical skills to help grow our business.
As an integral part of a bluechip team with significant media experience you will impact revenue growth across Peacock & the rest of the NBCUniversal portfolio by identifying developing and optimizing revenue generating strategies that drive monetization goals.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Formulating the longterm advertising monetization strategy across Peacock & NBCUs Ad Sales portfolio
- Lead partnership with Finance and Planning teams to update financial models longterm forecasts and scenario analyses.
- Support partnership between Ad Sales and the broader NBCU Media Group by building strategies that inform and influence companywide decisions & assess impact to product/sales strategy and Budget/LRP
- Develop business case analyses evaluating new monetization strategies and whitespace opportunities that drive revenue/demand.
- Recommend & set north star monetization goals in partnership with business leaders and align on path to achieving them.
- Optimizing NBCUs streaming product strategy to achieve revenue targets while being responsive to marketplace conditions and the competitive landscape.
- Play an integral role in annual strategic GTM process by leading analyses and discussions on streaming product strategy visvis Budget/LRP targets.
- Provide strategic vision and guidance on streaming positioning & GTM narrative.
- Work to identify value and recommend in quarter strategies to solution for gaps and improve inquarter monetization.
- Regularly assess inmarket performance and Sales feedback to develop new recommendations & strategies to drive demand.
- Developing CSuite presentations to recommend or inform on advertising strategy performance and new opportunities for growth and investment to Ad Sales leadership and/or corporate executives.
- Collaborate with ad sales business leaders to provide strategic storytelling across key annual presentations & lead supporting analyses as needed.
- Drive ad hoc requests with thoughtful diligent analytics in coordination with crossfunctional partners.
Qualifications :
- 6 years previous relevant work experience; this could include media experience at a tech/network/streaming company professional services (e.g. consulting investment banking) or corporate strategy/finance.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides.
- Proven quantitative analytical abilities including Excel modeling skills.
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to present results of complex analyses clearly.
- Excellent organizational time and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently.
- Must possess a passion for media and strong intellectual curiosity.
- BA/BS required. MBA preferred.
Desired Characteristics:
- Previous experience developing executive/client facing PowerPoints owning financial models/scenarios & Finance/Consulting/Banking background strongly preferred.
- Passion for diving into complex concepts defining value propositions and collaborating with other business lines on longterm growth strategies.
- Ideal candidate is a proactive individual who possesses the ability to take initiative and perform analysis and other tasks with minimal supervision including the ability to deal with competing priorities effectively and work efficiently in a highpaced resultsoriented environment.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Monday and Friday virtual. Tuesday Thursday onsite in our NYC office.

Salary range: $135000 $160000 (bonus and longterm incentive eligible)
