CyberArk is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to oversee the operations and management of our Americas facilities including building maintenance infrastructure management environmental safety and physical security. This role will lead a team of onsite office managers and will partner with global facilities peers to ensure a consistent experience across all CyberArk facilities. This role is based in Newton MA and reports into the VP HR Americas.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facilities management policies procedures and strategies
- Oversee the longterm planning and budgeting for facility improvements
- Partner with building management to ensure maintenance of all mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
- Work with external property management architectural and construction companies to project manage buildouts of new or expanded facilities
- Maintain compliance with health safety and environmental regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
- Maintain uptodate emergency plans and ensure staff training
- Oversee space allocation and utilization to meet organizational needs
- Lead initiatives to optimize facility layouts and designs
- Manage contracts with thirdparty service providers and vendors
- Negotiate service agreements to ensure costeffectiveness
- Develop and monitor facility budgets
- Supervise and train facilities and office management team
- Role may require occasional evening or weekend work
- Physical activity such as inspections or handling equipment may be necessary
- Occasional travel will be required

Qualifications :
- 10 years experience in facilities management or similar role including leadership responsibilities
- Bachelors degree in facilities management engineering business administration or related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of building systems construction and maintenance
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in facilities management software
- Problem solving and decisionmaking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Budgeting and financial acumen

The salary range for this position is $165000 $215000/year plus commissions or discretionary bonus which will be based on the employees performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical dental vision financial and other benefits.
