Veterinary Surgeon Leeds

Salary:(including allowances) per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Full Time Permanent

Flexible working options: Available regarding hours and shifts.

About You

This practice is looking for qualified vets who are up for a challenge and can adapt to the wide variety of cases seen. Confidence in communicating with a wide range of colleagues and clients is essential as is a willingness to share skills and lead by example.

A passion for animal welfare will drive you to champion the charity promote client contributions and always keep an eye on resources suggesting efficiencies wherever possible.

The work is fastpaced and challenging so having a worklife balance that suits your needs as well as enabling the delivery of outstanding service is important. Flexible options are available.

About the Hospital

The hospitals veterinary teams have varied clinical interests providing access to a wide pool of knowledge and experience to discuss cases and treatment plans.

The Pet Hospitals are modern and wellequipped including:

  • Separate dog and cat kennelling facilities
  • Inhouse radiography
  • Ultrasound
  • Endoscopy
  • Piped gases
  • Extensive orthopaedic equipment

The size of the teams allows for a flexible approach to weekend rotas and any outofhours required with enhanced pay and standdown time in the week when a weekend is worked.
