Job Description
Position: Residential Childrens Home Manager
Location: Isle Of Grain Medway
Role: Permanent: Monday to Friday 9am5pm
Salary:per annum (depending on experience)
Start: ASAP
Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated registered manager to join their 3 bedroom childrens home.
The Role: This is an exciting and valuable role dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where every individual receives personalised care and support.
To be responsible for managing the daytoday running of the home.
You would safeguard and promote the delivery of highquality individualised care to the children and young people that live in the home. Ensuring consistency in line with organisation values and homes statement of purpose.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years at a senior level within a Childrens Home
- Hold a NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care with a demonstrate commitment to obtain a NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Childrens Services or equivalent
- Previous experience and knowledge of the Ofsted Regulatory Framework for Childrens Homes
- A track record of providing a highly specialist evidencebased service for Autistic children and young people
- Experience in organisation and leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
