Roles and responsibilities

Develop functional and reliable business applications using various languages, tools, techniques, and approaches

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

● Work closely with the technology Operations Manager to build an understanding of the business needs and develop digital and technology solutions.

● Work closely with the enterprise team to realize the conceptual development and designs into full-fledged solutions (e.g., ERP, Database API integration, web-based, and mobile applications) using different tools and programming languages, and according to detailed design specifications.

● Design and implement components and features of UX/UI using various front-end technologies, languages, and frameworks.

● Provide support during the analysis, design, build, and testing of new components or enhancements to existing applications.

● Continuously test developed solutions prior to new releases and rollouts to ensure full functionality.

● Analyze testing results and deliver software fixes to problem areas within the developed applications

● Provide support to the technical operations team in resolving complex problems with the developed applications.

● Work hand in hand with cybersecurity to ensure developed applications are compliant with security standards and measures.

● Work closely with services providers to implement the various development activities and ensure their completion in an efficient and effective manner.

● Keep abreast of the latest programming languages and tools and leverage them for the different development activities.
Application Support and Troubleshooting:
Technical Support: Provide day-to-day support for users experiencing issues with applications. This involves diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Bug Identification and Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, glitches, or performance issues within the application. This could include software crashes, slow performance, or integration issues.
User Support and Training: Offer technical assistance and guidance to end-users, helping them maximize their use of the application. This may include training users on features, functions, and best practices.

Desired candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or any other relevant field

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a similar role or function

Other Related Skills:

1) Full stack developer frontend & backend

2) Have skills in API integration.

3) The candidate should know the business requirements, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, client script, and ASP.NET programming language.

4) Frontend apps Angular framework and responsive using bootstrap.

5) Xamarin for the IOS or Android

6) Oracle fusion DB

7) Microsoft Dynamic Back End Development
Application Installation, Configuration, and Integration:
Installation and Setup: Install, configure, and customize new applications according to organizational requirements. Ensure that the software is set up properly, with the right permissions, and compatible with other systems.
System Integration: Ensure that applications integrate seamlessly with other internal systems and software platforms, such as CRM, ERP, or databases.
Version Updates and Patches: Manage the installation of updates, patches, and new releases for software applications. Keep systems up to date to ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Application Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of applications to ensure they meet the required speed, efficiency, and reliability standards. Address any performance issues promptly.
Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving application performance, such as optimizing code, configurations, or user interfaces. Enhance workflows to increase productivity and efficiency.
