Job Description
- Comply to Alkan CIT Group’s strategies, to ensure meeting the annual sales target of the assigned account
- Create technical presentations and ensure that it satisfies the client needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks
- Ensure good quality of services by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of our systems and processes, and documenting them
- Network and follow up with the existing customers to maintain good relationships and links with these customers and promote additional products and upgrades
