We are looking for our new Store Manager for our store in Settimo Torinese (TO).
Role purpose:
The Store Manager is responsible for building and leading a high performing store team to ensure that they :
Effectively executes brand standards
Deliver operational excellence
Adhere to financial targets
Be a proactive and positive team player
The Store Manager provides the highest level of customer experience and delivers the vision of the brand supporting and mentoring the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Team with their personal and career development.
Key responsibilities:
Leadership
Motivate and inspire the team by articulating the compelling vision for the store reflecting and maximising the power of the Salomon brand
Manage all aspects of the store scorecard: people operations finance and customers to deliver consistently high performing results
Customer Service
Act as a role model and ensure that the team understands the customers needs and profile so they can deliver consistently highquality service
Present and visible on the shop floor interacting with customers and team members
Operations
Effectively manage the store inventory levels ensuring the market and customer needs are met
Deliver operational best practice through partnership with the District Manager
Oversee activities adhering to building safety health and safety standards and inspections; maintaining a safe and secure environment for the team and customers
Manage the staff scheduling ensuring appropriate staff cover
Ensure the companys policies are understood and adopted by all team members
Sales and Finance
Manages the resources to achieve the budgeted level of operating expenses spend and the instore customer service experience
Monitor a loss prevention program to protect the companys inventory and assets
Analysis of sales trends to ensure optimal product selection and maximization of sales
Deliver the P&L and retail KPIs in line with budget and forecast
Recruitment Training and Education
Effectively lead the instore team recruitment
Work with the ASM to ensure that all members of the team receive effective onboarding and ongoing training and education
Actively support and deliver the personal career development opportunities of the store team
