Hosting Lead

Nous recherchons un(e) Hosting Manager pour rejoindre notre quipe infrastructure.

Le/la candidat(e) idal(e) sera responsable de la gestion dune quipe dune dizaine de personnes spcialises dans les technologies serveurs les containers le cloud et les technologies dinfrastructure as code. Ce poste est pourvoir dans un contexte international.

Responsabilits :

• Dfinir et mettre en uvre la stratgie de Hosting en alignement avec les objectifs de lentreprise.
• Encadrer et motiver une quipe dingnieurs en infrastructure internes et externes.
• Grer le budget des infrastructures cloud datacenters et serveurs en assurant une utilisation optimale des ressources.
• Piloter les fournisseurs et partenaires et grer les contrats pour garantir la qualit et la performance des services
• Assurer la fiabilit la rsilience et la scurit des environnements serveurs (Datacenter et Cloud) ainsi que des solutions de containerisation et de virtualisation.
• Promouvoir ladoption des pratiques DevOps et des solutions dinfrastructure as code et dautomatisation.
• Collaborer avec les quipes applicatives et les architectes pour garantir le succs des projets dinfrastructure dans un contexte international.

We are looking for a Hosting Manager to join our infrastructure team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of about ten people specializing in server technologies containers cloud and infrastructure as code technologies. This position is available in an international context.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the Hosting strategy in alignment with the companys objectives.
• Supervise and motivate a team of internal and external infrastructure engineers.
• Manage the budget for cloud datacenter and server infrastructures ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Oversee suppliers and partners and manage contracts to ensure the quality and performance of services.
• Ensure the reliability resilience and security of server environments (Datacenter and Cloud) as well as containerization and virtualization solutions.
• Promote the adoption of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with application teams and architects to ensure the success of infrastructure projects in an international context.

Qualifications :

Pour relever ce dfi nous recherchons un profil prsentant les qualits suivants:

• Exprience significative en gestion dquipe dans un environnement technique.
• Comptences en gestion de contrats et en gestion financire (suivi budgtaire).
• Connaissance approfondie des environnements serveurs (O.S. Containers Virtualisation).
• Expertise des plateformes cloud (AWS et Azure).
• Matrise des outils dinfrastructure as code (Terraform Ansible etc.).
• Anglais courant obligatoire (C1)

Le candidat idal aura un Diplme de niveau Bac5 ou quivalent en cole de Management ou dIngnieur ainsi quune exprience de 10 ans minimum dans les technologies de linformation incluant une exprience managriale dans un environnement international et matriciel.

• Collaboration et Communication: bonne intelligence motionnelle pour pouvoir adapter son style en fonction des diffrentes circonstances et audiences. Le candidat idal proposera des ides pour faire voluer ses collgues et partagera des bonnes pratiques entre les diffrentes fonctions.

• Leadership: le candidat idal disposera dun charisme naturel qui assurera une bonne communication de la stratgie assurant le fonctionnement optimal de son quipe.

To meet this challenge we are looking for a profile with the following criteria:

• Significant experience in team management in a technical environment.
• Skills in contract management and financial management (budget tracking).
• Indepth knowledge of server environments (OS Containers Virtualization).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools (Terraform Ansible etc.).
• Fluent English required (C1 level).

The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree or equivalent from a Management or Engineering school as well as a minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology including managerial experience in an international and matrix environment.
