Category Management Knowledge & Capability:
- Run Category Management projects with the identified top customers.
- Build relationships with the Category Manager Trade Mkt Managers Space Managers and Marketing Managers of the customer.
- Attend to face to face meetings with the customer to present and work with them in order to improve the performance of the Category in their stores. Build relationships and credibility with customers.
- Interpret the available data and shopper insights to come up with a tailored action plan that will grow Category turnover in that customer.
- For nontop customers provide initiatives and support to Key Account Managers so they are able to implement them themselves.
Business Insights:
- Identify develop and implement necessary processes to enhance sales business performance within areas
- Build the data platform necessary to run analysis and generate insight directly manage data providers.
- Identify opportunities and challenges. Quantify the opportunities. Prioritise and provide solutions to overcome the challenge or maximise the opportunity (assortment review planograms portfolio analyses etc)
- Sales development analysis (by customer by channel by distribution point etc.)
- Customer performance in all sales fundamentals
- Channel (Retail Impulse C&C etc.) specific strategies and tools/tactics
- Promotional evaluation
Leadership of Category Management process between customers and Red Bull:
- With the category manager lead all kinds of contacts between customers and Red Bull before during and after category management process. Treat the relationships with the customers with ethics transparency and results orientation.
- Guarantee that category management process is completely segregated of commercial process and negotiations. Also guarantee that all classified information that got to category management process is kept classified and restricted to category management and trade marketing leaders.
Market tracking:
- Responsible for mapping analysing and structuring information of the Energy Drink market tendencies changes new players and shopper behaviour.
- Constantly bring the very new picture of Energy Drink category behaviour to Red Bull and always challenge actual category management process always discussing with HQ and adapting it if necessary
For nontop customers provide initiatives and support to Key Account Managers so they are able to implement them themselves:
- All category management process and results must be driven properly for customers that dont apply the national negotiation so key learning is drilled.
Qualifications :
Marketing business administration and other similar graduation is required.
Experience in consumer goods and direct contact with market indicators replenishment planograms and shopper behaviour.
Commercial experience is a plus.
Advanced English is required.
Leadership ownership motivation and team skills.
Strong analytical logical time planning strategic and communication skills.
