YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Support to new solution development from 0 to 1 support the validation deployment and technical support from 1 to 10 to n..
Scout new solutions from the market introduce the new technology of Digital/inkjet across different product lines to have a more stable process with a higher productivity lower cost and better quality.
To investigate issues reported/escalated by Global sites and work out the improvement solutions as troubleshooting.
Cooperate with production team and product engineer for new solution feasibility test validation and deployment to ensure a reliable put live. Efficient validation test report out with comprehensive solution comparison from Service Quality Cost Efficiency Complexity and Sustainability...etc perspectives.
Leverage internal global functions sites and external supplier resources to resolve real technical challenges and problems.
Regularly project/solution reviews with Innovation and Solution Deployment manager with providing progress insights and plans.
Risk prediction and management throughout the E2E Solution management.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in printing engineering or automation or material.
58 years relevant technical experience on Inkjet /Laser/Thermal transfer printing or operations
Requires strong problemsolving skills with high levels of motivation initiative and energy.
Industrial control and HTL RFID Paper Woven and PFL related experience is preferred.
Experience troubleshooting and providing technical support srong knowledge of operational performance and productivity improvement.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments and learn new technologies.
Proficient in English communication.
Detailoriented selfmotivated and able to work under pressure.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good project management and risk management skills
