Job Description
This is the core platform analytics team and we are responsible for the daytoday management and maintenance of the Now Platform. This team provides overall strategic direction ongoing administration and extends ServiceNow as a strategic platform across the business.

- Collect and report quality metricsfrom testexecution
- Work with developers todesign specific testing strategies forfeatures being developed andautomatethem
- Create comprehensive test plans; execute and automatethem
- Work with the engineering organizations introubleshooting or addressingissues with applications and dev/testenvironments
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience with qualityassurance and Java programming withSelenium JUnit andTestNG
- Fluency with scripting inJavaScript. Experience with EclipseJenkin Maven andGit
- Must hold either a green card or be a US Citizen
- Knowledge of testingtechniques (e.g.performance unitintegration automated) their strengthsand weakness and ability to use themto besteffect
- Ability to usetools (such asIDE debugger build toolssource control ServiceNow instancesprofilers system administration/Unixtools)to assist withdailytasks
- Experience driving crossteamtechnical discussions withSDLCconcepts

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $112800 $191800 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
