Job Description
The role of a Technical Portfolio Analyst is part of ServiceNow Impact. ServiceNow Impact personalizes customers digital transformation journey on the Now Platform and accelerates customers timetovalue.
The Technical Portfolio Analyst plays a global role and is responsible for supporting both the creation and ongoing enhancement of a portfolio of Technical Accelerators. The Impact Technical Accelerators help customers to unlock business value accelerate ServiceNow product adoption as well as stay current and healthy.
- Work closely with Technical Portfolio Managers as well as other product experts to gain insights and knowledge of the ServiceNow Impact Technical Accelerators.
- Execute the enhancement and maintenance process of Technical Accelerator content (such as enablement and delivery materials) based on customer feedback and/or when new products and platform capabilities emerge.
- Support the creation of Impact Technical Accelerators including engagement flows delivery materials and supporting technical automations.
- Organize and execute product research assignments with internal product partners to support the identification of new technical accelerators.
- Support the partnership with and enablement of global Technical Consultants who deliver Technical Accelerators to customers.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or a similar field and on track to graduate between Dec 2025June 2026
- Excellent listening verbal and written skills.
- A passion to continually learn new areas of the Now Platform through instruction and selftraining.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and collaboration tools e.g. PowerPoint SharePoint Teams.
- Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers prospects and internal colleagues.
- An ambitious creative goaloriented and customerfocused mindset.
- Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a selfmanaged environment.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and ability to adapt in a flexible and fastpaced environment.
- A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus.
- Previous internship experience is a plus.
