The Senior Director of Learning Strategy and Innovation will lead the design and implementation of learning initiatives that support organizational goals. This role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in advanced learning technologies such as AI simulations and gamification and the ability to align learning strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy: Support the creation and execution of longterm learning strategies ensuring they align with business goals through aligned OKRs. Conduct needs assessments gap analyses and design scalable learning architectures that incorporate emerging trends such as AIdriven personalization and adaptive learning technologies.
Technology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend cuttingedge learning technologies integrate new tools into the learning ecosystem and champion the adoption of innovative approaches like gamification simulations and mobile learning. Develop a strategic roadmap for leveraging AI ML and other emerging technologies to enhance learning delivery and outcomes.
Content Strategy: Oversee the development of a robust learning content strategy that ensures relevance scalability and engagement across diverse modalities. Collaborate with content experts to design content that incorporates microlearning simulations and blended solutions.
Audience/Persona Strategy: Drive the creation of personabased learning strategies to address the unique needs of various learner audiences including employees customers and partners. Leverage data to ensure learning experiences are tailored and impactful for each audience segment.
Program Design & Implementation: Lead the design and pilot of innovative learning programs including leadership development and technical skills training. Design comprehensive learning journeys to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Consultation: Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable learning strategies.
Measurement and Impact Analysis: Establish KPIs and success metrics for learning initiatives using OKRs. Develop methods for measuring program effectiveness including ROI analyses and datadriven evaluations to continuously refine programs based on feedback and performance data.
Qualifications :
15 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategyfocused role.
Demonstrated experience in driving learning innovation including the creation of scalable frameworks for discovery and experimentation. Proficiency in design thinking to ensure learnercentric strategy and design.
Proven track record in developing and implementing largescale learning programs that drive business performance.
Expertise in leveraging advanced learning technologies such as AI ML and gamification to enhance learning experiences.
Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
Strong background in needs assessment curriculum design and program evaluation.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with the capability to turn complex problems into simple actionable solutions and effectively communicate strategy to diverse audiences.
Expertise in adult learning principles instructional design models and blended learning techniques.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
High level of creativity and innovation in designing learning experiences.
Advanced proficiency in integrating and scaling digital learning solutions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $186400 $335600 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
