Job Description
- Be responsible Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime;
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques;
- Coordinate the development of user manuals training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation;
- Manage customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in project management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Scrum Master certification (PSMI or CSM);
- Knowledge and experience in scrum ceremonies;
- Adaptability and resilience;
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies;
- Agile methodology;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
