Job Description

Regional Sales Representative
Location: Vaughan Ontario (traveling up to 50–60%)
Compensation: $70000–$100000 (OTE: $100000–$110000)

Serving sectors such as construction government private corporations and consumers they offer tailored products (e.g. roof railings safety gates platforms and more) and services that enhance efficiency. With a strong presence in the safety solutions industry they have been recognized for their commitment to innovation and quality.

Position Overview:
Based out of Vaughan this role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional seeking an independent highimpact position. As a Regional Sales Representative you will focus on developing and managing client relationships from start to finish. The role emphasizes new business development relationship management and the sale of technical highvalue solutions to a wide array of clients including contractors engineers architects and property managers.

We are seeking a selfmotivated and entrepreneurial individual who thrives in an independent sales environment. The ideal candidate is resilient adaptable and driven by results with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and cultivate longterm client relationships. Your proactive approach and ability to build your own database of clients will set you apart. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills you excel at building trust and delivering value to clients.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $70000 to $100000 uncapped commission (predicted OTE is $100000–$110000).
  • Full medical benefits including dental coverage (effective after 3 months of employment).
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation along with an additional 2week companywide shutdown at yearend (5 weeks total).
  • Comprehensive training program designed to ensure the success of the candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting cold calling and responding to inbound leads.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries including commercial facilities and private corporations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently from initial contact through closing.
  • Visit prospective clients or project sites in person providing exceptional client support and fostering strong relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings to expand brand visibility and relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of B2B sales experience including 2 years selling a technical product.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in longterm client relationship management.
  • Selfmotivated organized and capable of working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (car allowance provided).
  • Comfortable working Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is an asset).
