Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing healthtech company on a mission to revolutionize healthcare. They are building a nextgeneration care enablement platform to deliver precision medicine within 24 hours to patients worldwide. Their innovative product leverages proprietary technology and a groundbreaking data architecture providing a 10x improvement in healthcare delivery.
With $14.6M in funding and an ARR of $4M in just 19 months postlaunch the company is profitable scaling rapidly and has achieved a toptier growth rate among SaaS companies.

Tasks

  • Participate in user discovery and demo calls to understand pain points and craft feature roadmaps.
  • Source leads execute campaigns and manage the lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Represent the company at events and conferences conducting demos and converting leads into users.
  • Build expertise in healthcare workflows to identify and target highpotential prospects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to maximize account referrals and user satisfaction.
  • Manage larger accounts such as GP federations and ICSs and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Scale sales and marketing efforts working with NHS leaders to secure regional and national procurement opportunities.
  • Mentor junior Account Executives as part of potential managerial responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of upselling crossselling and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
  • Experience in healthcare or public sector sales is a plus but not required.

  • Salary:per annum

  • Equity: 0.030.09%

  • Two annual team offsites (previously held in Cabo Mexico).

Location: Candidates must be based in the UK or Ireland to accommodate onsite work requirements.
