Tasks
- Participate in user discovery and demo calls to understand pain points and craft feature roadmaps.
- Source leads execute campaigns and manage the lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
- Represent the company at events and conferences conducting demos and converting leads into users.
- Build expertise in healthcare workflows to identify and target highpotential prospects.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to maximize account referrals and user satisfaction.
- Manage larger accounts such as GP federations and ICSs and develop strategic partnerships.
- Scale sales and marketing efforts working with NHS leaders to secure regional and national procurement opportunities.
- Mentor junior Account Executives as part of potential managerial responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of upselling crossselling and driving measurable revenue growth.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
- Experience in healthcare or public sector sales is a plus but not required.
