Job Description
We are seeking for an experienced Stewarding Manager or supervisor steward to relocate to work in a hotel located in Montana full time stable job.
Benefits would include:
- This position is in Big Sky Montana.
- Housing is not provided. (Rentals in that area are around $1500 to $1700 for a onebedroom onebathroom.)
- $1500 provided for relocating.
- Salary will be $75k85k annual depending on experience plus benefits
Tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
3 years experience as Steward Supervisor or executive steward or Stewarding Manager Hospitality.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures cleanliness standards meet established guidelines in all F&B outlet kitchens
- Works closely with Front of House Kitchens and Banquets to understand coordinate and plan daily needs with agility and flexibility
- Inspects kitchens and storerooms to ensure that premises and equipment are clean and in order and that sufficient foodstuffs and supplies are on hand to ensure efficient service
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff
- Make sure kitchen workers have and use the proper equipment necessary for the job (gloves goggles chemicals)
- Achieve desired results through established methods procedures and guidelines to maintain desired standards and highquality service
- Responsible for supervising all Stewarding staff and the overall daily management of a designated shift
- Responsible for maintenance of cost control methods and procedures by monitoring consistent pars and inventory of supplies
- Responsible for the development implementation and management of operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives
- Maintains established quality assurance procedures to ensure acceptable health department and customer service standards in the Stewarding department.
Requirements

- Available to relocate to live and work in Montana
