Tasks
- Chat with players to help them solve any gamerelated issues or questions they have.
- Collaborate with the dev team to report bugs and suggest improvements based on player feedback.
- Create and update support resources like FAQs and guides to help players get the most out of our games.
- Engage with our gaming community on social media and forums to keep the conversations lively and positive.
- Monitor player feedback to identify trends and provide insights to the team for new game features.
Requirements
- Great communication skills to help players with any questions or issues they might have.
- A passion for gaming and understanding of mobile gaming apps.
- Problemsolving skills to quickly figure out solutions and keep players happy.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with developers and designers.
