Founders Associate Working Student Remote Position

Who we are

We are an earlystage Industrial AI startup backed by some of Europes top investors (EWOR). Our mission is to bring AI into nondestructive testing (NDT) helping OEMs asset owners and inspection companies to automate safety critical inspections reduce testing costs and improve safety. We do that by building an inspection software that enables companies across industries like aerospace energy and automotive to develop defect detection algorithms from sensor data (such as Xray 2D 3D or ultrasonic data).

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

As our Founders Associate you will be the righthand and sparring partner of the founders learning everything you need to kick off your entrepreneurial career.

• GoToMarket Strategy: Support the founders in daytoday tasks and help position the company as a category leader by refining and executing the GoToMarket strategy.
• Sales: Assist the founders with sales including reaching out to potential customers through cold calling emailing and social media and qualifying them.
• Operational Excellence: Tackle all problems related to the scalability of processes and operations within the company from hiring to building the first CRM.

You must be enrolled in a university

Skills & Experience:

• You are currently a Bachelor Master or MBA student from a toptier university. A background in Industrial Engineering is a plus.
• Experiences in highly demanding and fastpaced environments (startups consulting)
• You are business fluent in German and English as you need to communicate with Germanspeaking clients and an Englishspeaking deeplify team.
