Tasks
Klink is seeking a Launchpad Manager to lead and manage the development onboarding and operations of our forthcoming crypto launchpad. This role is integral to ensuring the success of our launchpad by identifying highpotential projects building relationships with stakeholders and working closely with the founders marketing and tech teams to deliver successful launches. Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and source highpotential crypto projects to launch on the Klink Launchpad.
- Conduct due diligence on potential projects and manage the endtoend onboarding process.
- Build and maintain relationships with blockchain projects partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to execute successful launches.
- Optimize operational processes for launchpad scalability and efficiency.
- Represent Klink at industry events to promote the launchpad and build connections.
- Provide regular updates on launchpad performance and implement improvements.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in business development operations or launchpad management preferably in the crypto space.
- Strong network and established connections within the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
- Proven track record of identifying negotiating and closing partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology tokenomics and the crypto launchpad ecosystem.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive datainformed decisions.
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
