Job Description

The most valuable data is often too sensitive to be shared and restricted in how it can be used. Our secure data collaboration platform based on a new privacyenhancing technology called Confidential Computing solves this by letting companies and organizations share without sharing combining sensitive data and discovering new insights without ever exposing the raw data to the other party. Or to us. Or to the cloud provider. Who uses our product Decentriq powers data collaboration in the worlds most privacyconscious industries including media (Goldbach) healthcare (Roche) banking and the public sector (Swiss Army). Our headquarters is in Zurich but you can find us in Berlin Barcelona Budapest and remote across Europe.

As for this particular position you should be based in Zurich.

Tasks

Finance

  • Manage daytoday finance tasks (incoming invoices transfers outgoing invoices receipt collection and preaccounting) using Xero and Dext
  • Oversee subsidy program tracking and accounting for multiple programs
  • Support monthly internal reporting for management and external reporting to investors
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual report and audit of company finances
  • Help with payroll processing including managing commission payments

Operations:

  • Support or lead KPI initiatives for the company and the Sales team
  • Manage Decentriqs contract and legal filing system for customer and supplier contracts
  • Ensure Decentriq meets its SOC2 standards supporting the CTO and CFO with ongoing processes
  • Organize biannual company events including a 3day event Christmas celebration and other allhands events throughout the year
  • Provide HR support by maintaining employee records contracts and leave balances; serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries and assist in performance review cycles
  • Automate tasks with AI wherever possible

Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in operations finance or admin roles ideally in a startup environment
  • Selfstarter with a roll up your sleeves mentality
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes in parallel
  • Strong affinity for numbers and Excel
  • Experience with AI is a plus
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in English
