Job Description

Your Mission

As a Revenue Operations Manager you ensure that our processes in Sales Marketing and Customer Success are optimally aligned. You are responsible for analyzing data from our revenue processes and for further developing our gotomarket approach. By identifying trends and drivers understanding dynamics and continuously optimizing processes you play a key role in enabling our continued growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Optimize Processes: Develop and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • Manage Data: Maintain and optimize our CRM system and other tools to provide accurate and actionable data.
  • Analyze Performance: Create dashboards and reports monitor KPIs identify trends and develop strategies to improve results.
  • Align Strategies: Work closely with leaders of the Customer and Organization Units to develop and implement gotomarket strategies.
  • Empower Teams: Ensure that teams have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
  • Create Revenue Forecasts: Develop precise forecasting models to support datadriven decisionmaking

Your Profile

  • You have several years (2 years) of experience in a similar role preferably in a dynamic fastgrowing B2B SaaS environment (Series A).
  • You have completed a degree in Business Administration Economics Data Analysis or a related field.
  • You bring solid expertise in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) BI tools (e.g. Tableau Looker) and lowcode tools (e.g. Retool Make).
  • You have strong analytical skills and can interpret complex data to translate it into strategic recommendations.
  • You are detailoriented wellorganized and possess an adaptable pragmatic and proactive mindset suited for a dynamic environment.
  • You are driven quickthinking and thrive in a fastpaced challenging setting.
