As a Generative AI Specialist (m/f/d) in Mannheim or Berlin you will play a pivotal role in utilizing data and leading the development of innovative generative models that will push boundaries of AI creativity to meet the organisations unique needs.
With your specialization in data analysis deep learning and generative models you will contribute to creating intelligent and transformative AI applications that will help refine operations and customer engagement initiatives. Working in a crossfunctional teams environment diving deep into business domains will make you an essential part of every stage of AI development from ideation to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic collaboration
Partner and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their strategies needs and objectives
Model Development
Utilize advanced machine learning techniques to develop and train generative AI models
Algorithm Innovation
Research and implement cuttingedge algorithms and architectures for generative AI applications
Integration Guidance
Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the integration of generative AI solutions into various products and services
Insightful Communication
Communicate the outcome in a compelling and accessible manner to support product development and decisionmaking
What Youll Bring:
- Profound experience in machine learning and deep learning principles and algorithms
- Experience in developing and implementing generative AI models and algorithms using Python TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision for generative AI applications
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas
- Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and adapt to new techniques and methodologies
