Were looking for aspiring entrepreneurs to join us as Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) through our internship program. This is an opportunity to gain handson experience learn how a startup operates and play a role in solving one of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time.
Position Overview
As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) intern at CleanHub youll work closely with our management team and contribute across various areas of the business. Whether its developing growth strategies supporting operations conducting market research or brainstorming product innovations youll gain an inside look at the inner workings of a startup.
This role is perfect for curious selfdriven individuals with a passion for sustainability and an entrepreneurial mindset. Youll get the chance to explore what its like to launch and grow a missiondriven company while building practical skills and connections for your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of a specific project aligned with your skills and interests such as growth hacking product development marketing campaigns or operational improvements.
- Startup Exposure: Collaborate with different teams including marketing product sales and operations to understand how each function contributes to the startups success.
- Research & Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Experimentation: Assist in testing new ideas and strategies tracking outcomes and iterating based on results.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency.
- Team Support: Work alongside the leadership team and other team members to execute initiatives that align with CleanHubs mission and growth goals.

What Were Looking For
- A passion for entrepreneurship commercial mindset and an interest in sustainability and environmental impact.
- A selfstarter attitude with a strong sense of curiosity and adaptability.
- Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to learn by doing.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a bachelors or masters program (all fields of study welcome).
- Previous startup or business experience (e.g. projects internships or extracurricular activities) is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable with using Google Suite (Docs Sheets etc.) or Microsoft Office.
