Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Trainee to join our Sales and Marketing team with a focus on customer research email outreach demand generation projects and more. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in sales and marketing while contributing to Cleanhubs mission. You will assist in researching target customers reaching out to potential clients and supporting various sales and marketing initiatives. Your role will be essential in helping us expand our brand and drive demand for our sustainabilitydriven services.
Location: Remote or Berlin (preferred)
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Reports to: Head of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Customer Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients analyze customer needs and track industry trends to support demand generation efforts.
- Email Outreach: Assist in the creation and management of email campaigns including prospecting segmenting audiences and crafting personalized email content to engage potential clients.
- Demand Generation Projects: Support the planning and execution of demand generation initiatives helping to generate leads and boost brand awareness across various channels.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to support client outreach and relationshipbuilding activities. Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems with lead information.
- Content Creation & Messaging: Help create compelling messaging for email campaigns sales presentations and other marketing materials that align with Cleanhubs brand and values.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of outreach campaigns identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to enhance future initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to assist with other projects such as market research social media outreach and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in sustainability and Cleanhubs mission.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify customer insights and trends.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create clear and compelling messages.
- Comfortable with using Google Suite (Docs Sheets etc.) or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative detailoriented and willing to take the initiative.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required.
