About the Job

Were looking for an experienced Head of Sales France (m/f/d) to join our portfolio companys team and develop effective sales strategies with them.

In your daytoday work youll focus on streamlining the sales processes and building and maintaining longlasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Founded in 2021 the company is a trailblazing supply chain platform that has redefined the way large construction material orders are sourced distributed and financed. They are on a mission to unlock the vast potential of crossborder supply for the Western Market by providing access to highquality construction materials at a global scale through their innovative platform. Since its launch in January 2022 the company has successfully served hundreds of companies and generated exponential growth toward profitability.

Its distinct competitive advantage lies in its ability to organize the supply chain through digital innovation. Eliminating middlemen and embracing techfirst and AI it creates a seamless connection between suppliers and buyers. Its proprietary platform technology not only facilitates supply and demand matching but also offers a comprehensive suite of services including cloud inventory management fulfillment solutions and fintech capabilities.

Since its inception the company has been at the forefront of construction material management helping companies access highquality materials efficiently and costeffectively. The platform provides a userfriendly experience that empowers businesses to thrive. The team currently counts 75 FTEs located across Germany (Berlin HQ) China and India. The company is on track to achieve profitability and generate tripledigit million GMV.

In this role youll:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets
  • Lead motivate and manage the Growth team to ensure high performance professional growth and alignment with company objectives. Oversee the daily operations of the sales team ensuring efficient processes and workflows
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Negotiate and close major deals ensuring optimal terms for the company
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration within the Growth team and across departments (Operations and Tech)

Your Profile

  • Successfully built and led teams of 5 Account Executives Sales Managers or Account Managers
  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales. You built and managed your pipeline (from lead generation to customer success)
  • Ability to leverage customer insights to improve existing products and services in collaboration with other functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and an excellent French speaker
  • Strong understanding of the French market and business landscape
  • Experience in competitive and fastpaced environments such as consulting VC or hypergrowth startups

Please note that we are looking for support in the B erlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
