Job Description

Position Title: Customer Support Coordinator (Online)

Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Customer Support Manager
Location: 100% Remote (Based in Lebanon)
Employment Type: Fulltime Entry Level

Azurreo is a global leader in the telecommunications industry providing innovative solutions with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a fulltime entrylevel Online Customer Support Coordinator with an IT background to join our remote team based in Lebanon.

Job Overview

In this fully remote fulltime entrylevel position you will provide technical support to our global customer base assisting with installation troubleshooting and process guidance. We are particularly interested in individuals with an IT background who can deliver exceptional service and support.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone email and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues providing solutions or escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Technical Support: Assist customers with server configurations software applications and installation of new sites on servers.
  • FollowUp: Ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily and follow up to confirm resolution.
  • Documentation: Record customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement in customer support processes and propose solutions.
  • Training & Development: Support training of new team members and stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT Business Communications or a related field preferred.
  • 02 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Technical aptitude for server configurations and software applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Customerfocused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
