Content Creator Specialist Part-Time

2. Position Summary

As a Content Creator Specialist at Metrikflow you will be responsible for planning creating and managing content across our social media channels website and marketing materials. Youll play a key role in boosting our online presence increasing brand awareness and repurposing content from webinars white papers and events into engaging formats for platforms like LinkedIn.

This role is ideal for someone creative proactive and familiar with managing content on platforms such as TikTok Instagram or LinkedInwhether through personal projects freelance work or previous professional experience. Fluency in Italian is essential as much of our audience engages with Italianlanguage content.

Tasks

• Plan create and publish engaging content (text images and videos) across our social media channels (i.e. LinkedIn or TikTok).
• Cut edit and repurpose recorded webinars into short highimpact video clips for social media and marketing use.
• Develop a consistent posting schedule to maximize engagement and reach on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Write blog posts case studies and newsletters aligned with our brand voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure content supports lead generation and brandbuilding efforts.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance providing actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and social media.
• Ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms.

Requirements

Were open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds including those without extensive professional experience as long as they have a strong passion for content creation and a track record of managing social media accounts. Heres what were looking for:

• Proven ability to create engaging content for platforms such as TikTok Instagram LinkedIn or YouTubeeither personally or professionally.
• Experience with basic video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere CapCut Final Cut or similar tools).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with a focus on producing content that resonates with different audiences.
• A creative mindset with the ability to stay ahead of trends in social media and digital content.
• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
• English work proficiency.
• Familiarity with content planning and scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer Hootsuite) is a plus.
• Passion for sustainability and technology is highly desirable!
