Job Description
We are looking for a Senior IT Asset Management Analyst. The successful candidate will ensure effective management compliance and control over global IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage develop and continuously improve global ITAM processes to improve customer experience enhance productivity minimize liability and achieve savings.
- Interface with customers professional groups and corporate teams to maintain and improve collaborative processes.
- Issue ITAM reports regularly.
- Create and maintain ITAM standard operating procedures.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in asset management systems and CMDB.
- Highly skilled and experienced with Microsoft Excel.
- Indepth knowledge of IT asset lifecycle processes.
- ITSM familiarity.
Qualifications :

- Selfstarter with the ability to manage projects and other tasks under minimal supervision.
- Resolves complex problems and manages independently.
- Experience working in a teamoriented global collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills and service orientation.
- Great organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Education
- Industrial Engineering and Management Advantage
- ITAM certificates Advantage
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role in an Enterprise IT unit.
- Experience working opposite global teams.
