Reporting to the Shopkeeper this Associate roles main responsibility is to ensure an enjoyable convenient and successful shopping and buying experience that leads to increased sales and sustained longterm profitability. He/she also ensures satisfied customers develop and execute sales steering and selling the IKEA way.

This role requires flexibility in work hours work schedule is approximately 25 hours per week on the average depending on store operational requirements. Working on public holidays and weekends.
