Job Description
About the role
The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working with children demonstrating enthusiasm for experiencing new cultures and a continuous learning mindset. Excellent English language skills and a strong passion for reading are essential. We appreciate individuals who are innovative open to fresh perspectives and willing to try new approaches.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required
- Teaching certificate required (B.Ed TESOL/TEFL CELTA/DELTA etc)
- Native English speaker
- Teaching experience preferred
- Clean criminal background check
- Willing to work with young learners from 2.5 years old and above
Additional Information :
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of 17000 to 21000 RMB (gross) per month depending upon experience and qualifications
- Yearly salary increases of RMB 1000 up to a maximum salary of RMB 24 000
- Accommodation or a housing allowance of RMB
- Airport pickup
- End of contract performance bonus
- Travel allowance up to RMB 6500
- Resigning bonus of RMB 5000
- 10 days paid annual leave plus all Chinese national holidays and an increase of 1 annual leave day per year of service
