Job Description
We are seeking a fulltime AZ Driver starting at 6:00pm. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of metal materials to and from our recycling facilities.
What youre responsible for:
- Operate an AZclass commercial vehicle to transport metal materials to and from designated locations ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Safely load and unload metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transit
- Perform manual tarping if necessary
- Perform routine pretrip and posttrip inspections of the truck ensuring that it is in good working condition
- Complete accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentation
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- Valid AZ drivers license with a clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract
- Experience driving 18 speed manual transmission is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AZ Driver
- Must be physically fit to hand tarp 40 and 53yd bins
- Customer serviceoriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform loading and unloading activities as required
- Familiarity with metal recycling processes and materials is an asset
