Job Description
What youll be doing
This role will guide the design and architecture for generative AI tools like Copilot M365 Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise.
This is a remote position reporting to the VP of Global Digital Workplace
Summary of Primary Responsibilities
- Review & assess generative AI use cases align them to existing tools planned tools and maintain a generative AI roadmap of capabilities.
- Ensure that Experian is aligning generative AI tools to capabilities while considering GenAI tools cost vs productivity gains.
- Define the technical requirements to onboard generative AI tools into Experian and laying out the process for taking products from evaluation to POC valuation and general availability.
- Partner with Experians risk legal and compliance organisations to compile the necessary approvals governance and acceptable use statements for generative AI tools.
- Build business relations with partners and technology peers within the generative AI domain.
- Produce generative AI tool recommendations that align to Experian use cases.
- Partner with important GenAI vendors such as Microsoft OpenAI
- Communicate with senior technology leadership on generative AI strategy and summarising & submitting use cases to governing bodies for approval.
- Design solutions to mitigate risks associated w/ generative AI tools including security controls and addressing audit findings related to generative AI solutions.
- Ensure generative AI solutions comply w/ internal security and industry standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with the Enterprise Microsoft portfolio; Active Directory Azure EntraID InTune M365 and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
Qualifications :

Experience using multiple technologies.
Experience of platform specific tools and utilities.
Knowledge of software development methodologies.
Translate needs into technical architecture requirements.
Knowledge of Experians products and technical environment including interrelationships of systems.
